VARIATIONS Many of our materials are natural and reclaimed. This means that exact colours, finishes and dimensions may vary, but also means that every piece is unique!
FINISHES Russ takes pride in his work and endeavours to ensure all finishes are as smooth as possible, but due to the natural materials, some areas may feel slightly rough, so handle with care!
DELIVERY
Free UK delivery is included in all our prices. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce Express 48, depending on the weight of the products. We give the option to upgrade to a 24 hour service for a small extra fee. For EU Countries we use Parcelforce Global Value which costs £31.95 for parcels up to 20kg. For non-EU European Countries, we use Parcelforce Global Value which costs £97.40 for parcels up to 20kg. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver outside of Europe.
RETURNS
We are happy to refund or exchange items if you contact us within 14 days of your order being placed. We do not cover the cost of return postage and the item must be received in the original condition it was received in. If you have any queries over your product in use or damage in transit then please contact us.
